Another successful purchase from Decathlon. Order received quickly and as expected, with good communication re delivery. I received a walking skort, size as expected after reading reviews with suggestions, excellent quality, lightweight and practical. The water polo style swimsuit too was the right size, again paying attention to reviews that recommended going up two sizes. This delivery replaced one that due to some mixup ended up being sent back in error without being received. Decathlon handled the return and refund quickly though I did have to reorder and change the colour of my swimsuit selection. Very satisfied

The wetsuit would have been a good fit, however the sleeves at the wrist are so tight it almost cuts of circulation, the hood section is also really uncomfortable as the zip goes almost halfway up your face, it would be better if the hood section was removable. Delivery was quicker than expected. Will return for full refund.

I today had to return an item recently purchased. That process was excellent. No quibbling/arguments. Refund given promptly.

The item purchased was Saiing 500 W Pant - unfortunately the zips did not hold fast meaning that the 'flap' unzipped causing the trousers to almost fall off. I love the idea/design of these trousers but the zip needs to be more robust and not undo while wearing.

I hope this can be resolved so i can get a new design version in future.

I tried to buy something from Decathlon, however their website is so clunky I couldn’t even input my address for delivery. The mandatory city field was broken.
Once I did manage to do this after multiple refreshes, I discovered they wanted 12.99 for delivering a BACKPACK. I’m sorry, but there is no way it is costing 12.99 to post that. Nearest store is 50 miles away and the option to have delivered to Asda was greyed out. Having seen the nightmares with returning items, looks like it was all for the best anyway.

I've just purchased 2 pairs of mens shorts from Decathlon online. What a mistake. Very misleading as ended up with Regatta shorts not Decathlon at all. Very misleading. I thought regatta was the name of the shorts. We buy in decathlon stores so knew what wanted. These were horrid. I had to pay postage at time of purchase then postage of nearly £5 to return them! All in all a very expensive mistake. Beware when buying online from Decathlon

Ordered a £40 Compex battery. They sent me a £2 power cable in a huge box. I complained. They then sent me an adapter for a random laptop. Tried to complain on their chat and you can’t leave a message you just get jerked around by their moronic chat bot.

Damaged orders, took ages to sort out returns! Bad customer service! Won’t but again

Picked up new rowing machine from the store, returned home to build it only to find it was badley damaged.
Due to it's size returning the item was a reel pain.
No easily available customer service.

Got something online and had to change it, decided to do it in store first visit for me was very impressed and was extremely easy to exchange
